Start here Blocks the work
These four are what stop me getting started. The rest can follow.
1
Webflow — invite me to the site
So I can fix the sitemap, robots file and page settings directly.
▼
- Sign in at webflow.com and open the jan-pro-web site.
- Go to Site settings → Members (or People).
- Choose Invite a guest — pick the Agency or Freelancer guest option, not a full Workspace member.
- Enter my email: greg@aisearch.marketing
- Give it design access so I can publish changes, then send.
This is free for you. Webflow includes two free guest invites, and a guest only ever sees this one site — never your Workspace settings or billing.
Just so I know which inbox to check.
2
Webflow — generate an API token
Lets me update titles and descriptions across all 19 pages at once instead of by hand.
▼
- In the same site, go to Site settings → Apps & integrations.
- Scroll to API access and click Generate API token.
- Name it AiSearch SEO.
- Set permissions to Read and write for CMS and Pages. Everything else can stay off.
- Click Create token, copy it, and paste it below.
Webflow shows the token once. Copy it before closing the window. If you lose it, just delete that token and generate a new one — no harm done.
Sent over an encrypted connection straight to my inbox. Prefer not to email it? Leave this blank, tick the box, and text it to me instead — you can revoke it in Webflow any time.
3
Google Search Console
This is where I submit the sitemap and see what people actually search to find you.
▼
- Go to search.google.com/search-console
- Pick the jan-pro.co.nz property from the dropdown, top left.
- In the left menu, scroll down to Settings → Users and permissions.
- Click Add user.
- Email: greg@bridge.media — permission: Full.
Not sure it exists? Plenty of sites never had one set up. Pick the second option below and I'll create it — it takes one small DNS record, which I'll send you.
4
Google Business Profile — all 5 locations
The map results are where most local cleaning enquiries actually start.
▼
- Go to business.google.com
- If you manage several locations, open the businesses list and tick all five.
- Click Managers (or open a location → Settings → Managers).
- Click Add, enter greg@bridge.media
- Role: Manager. Send the invite.
Manager lets me edit hours, services, photos and posts. It cannot delete the listing or remove you — that's Owner-only, and that stays with you.
Useful, not urgent Within a fortnight
These let me measure the results properly. No rush.
5
Google Analytics
So I can show you which pages bring in enquiries, not just visits.
▼
- Go to analytics.google.com
- Bottom left, click Admin (the gear icon).
- Under the Property column, click Property access management.
- Click the blue + top right → Add users.
- Email greg@bridge.media, role Editor, then Add.
Your property is the one ending G-H05DXQ79QR — if you see more than one listed, that's the live one.
6
Google Tag Manager
Where the tracking code lives. I need it to add the structured data and tidy up double-counting.
▼
- Go to tagmanager.google.com
- Open the container GTM-TJ34FSZQ.
- Click Admin in the top bar.
- Under the Container column, click User Management.
- Click the blue + → Add users, enter greg@bridge.media, tick Publish.
If you're not sure who set this up originally, tell me in the notes and I'll work around it.
7
Domain / DNS (Cloudflare)
Only needed occasionally — verifying tools, or setting up redirects.
▼
Easiest option: don't give me access at all. Just nominate whoever looks after the domain, and I'll email them the odd record to add. Pick that below if you prefer.
Send it over
Fill in your details and hit send. You don't have to finish everything first — send what you've got and I'll chase the rest.
